Frigomag S.A.S. was born in 2006 as a visionary project of the Grupo Empresarial ALCA to create the most modern and complete animal slaughter plant in the Magdalena Medio region. Plant construction began in 2018, and today it stands as a world-class facility with cutting-edge technology and a highly qualified team.
Strategically located in Corregimiento La Lizama, Barrancabermeja-Bucaramanga highway (Km 25), in the area of greatest livestock production in the Magdalena Medio, we have privileged access to Ruta del Sol, Ruta del Cacao and the IMPALA International Port just 25 km away.
Today we are recognized as “the most complete slaughterhouse in the country” by the leading specialized media in the Colombian livestock sector.
